Our Hiring Process

Stage 1

Initial Screening Call (30mins)

If you're is a fit for the role, a member out talent team will reach out for an initial screening call. This usually lasts around 30mins.
Stage 2

Hiring Team Interview

If the initial screening is successful, you'll meet with the hiring team for a competency-based interview, which typically lasts around one hour. This is also a great opportunity to ask questions and learn more about the team and the day-to-day responsibilities of the role. 
Stage 3

Test Your Skills

We’ll invite you to complete a short take-home exercise, which you’ll present back to the team. It typically takes a couple of hours and is a great opportunity to showcase your skills and how you approach real-world challenges.

Stage 4

Final Interview (Meet The Team)

Almost there! Finally, you'll meet the the wider team and present the your task.
